Tony Williams

President

Tony is the President & CEO of Greywalkers which specializes in Integrating Industry with End-Users. They provide professional introductions, project management and product demonstrations for distributors and manufacturers into federal agencies and military units where our clients do not have current visibility and desire to do business. We rely upon our own experience as well as our strong network that has been built over the past fifteen years to meet our client’s objectives and goals.

Prior to Greywalkers he was the Director of Government Sales for Texas Armament and Technology.  TxAT is the exclusive distributor for Aguila ammunition in North America and Tony was tasked with introducing Aguila ammunition into the US Government and law enforcement agencies.

He also has over a decade of experience working with manufacturers and distributors in the tactical industry with a focus on special operations forces.  He has a proven track record of creating opportunities and delivering solutions for the end users as well as surpassing sales goals.  This has been done by providing the highest level of integrity and ethics.

Tony was an active duty Marine for seven years and a graduate of the US Naval Academy Prep School.  He has attended numerous advanced educational courses in leadership, sales and tactical training.

Brent Finemore

Vice President Strategic Engagement

Brent Finemore has over 30 years of experience in the C5ISR domains while on active duty and in the defense industry.

Brent served 20 years in the U.S. Army and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel. During his military career he held several leadership positions that include Product Manager for Defense Satellite Communications Systems at Fort Monmouth, New Jersey and Chief Acquisitions Plan Division, CIO, Department of the Army at the Pentagon.

His private sector experience includes 17 years at General Dynamics Mission Systems as Director of Business Development working directly with all branches of the military and federal agencies to develop and deliver next generation C5ISR systems.  As Capture Manager and Business Development Director he delivered over $3 Billion dollars in contract awards and orders.   Brent also spent nearly 3 years as the Vice President of Government Sales for Pelican Products.

 

Marisa Williams

Director, Business Development

Marisa Williams started her career 25 years ago at Marmot Mtn LLC and has loved every step of her journey along the way. Initially she started in the recreational team, but as she gained experience, she realized how much she enjoyed building relationships with a wide variety of people. Working with the Military and Law Enforcement were not the typical customer for the large outdoor company. She pathed the way for the Military and Law Enforcement community to purchase quality gear. She outfitted everyone from the Blue Angels to the President and his family at the time. After 12 years Marisa moved on to work for Camelbak, the world leader in hydration. They had a strong presence in the Military and Law Enforcement community, she felt at home for 10 years.

Currently Marisa is an independent contractor working for Mystery Ranch the leader in load-bearing backpacks. Her passion is to continue building relationships and getting the best gear possible on those who help us sleep at night.

Kevin Hayes

Advisor

Kevin is a seasoned sales and marketing executive with over 20 years of successful experience working with local, state, and US federal agencies. He has directed sales efforts by others and sold defense and security products directly into all branches of the US Department of Defense and US Department of Homeland Security using various federal government contract vehicles. In addition, he has led product development efforts with successful product launches of tactical and law enforcement-specialized equipment.

Kevin is a retired US Army Special Operations officer and has completed advanced level education in leadership, organizational development, sales and marketing management, and tactical operations.

Phil deGaris

With a strong management and customer service background prior to a 25-year career in the small arms arena, Phil has worked as the Small Arms Master Instructor at the US Army Ordnance Center & Schools’ Hatcher Hall; the Factory Representative for a well-known firearms manufacturer; a Firearms Instructor and Senior Armorer at an overseas high threat location; and most recently as the Senior Equipment Specialist /Gunsmith for a Federal Agency.

Josh Schubring

Josh is a security strategist with over 25 years of experience providing organizations and individuals with protection strategies focusing on physical security with an emphasis on master planning, active threat programs, and private client security in the public and private sectors. In addition to having a passion in solving security challenges, he is a seasoned trainer to protective services professionals. He is the founder of Schubring Global Solutions, a firm providing physical and cyber security solutions.
